If you find this difficult, imagine you are a friend of yours, the kindest, most caring friend you could wish for. What would she advise you? Maybe to take some time out? Maybe to meet her for coffee? Maybe to just do yoga and forget everything else. Maybe to meditate.
Whatever that advice turns out to be, keep it simple, and just do it. Don't just nod to it and move on. The best advice is best acted upon.
