By ceasing all thinking, clearing the litter of unnecessary thoughts from your mind, you can clear the way to be able to live in the moment.

Sit quietly, letting your thoughts go. Just breathe, focusing on your in breath, and your out breath. That is being.

By practicing this simple meditation daily, you will be able to be more present in every moment.
