writing

You are perfect as you are.

Sometimes, we want to be something other than that which we are, somewhere other than where we are.

Sometimes, when we see someone else who is being (in our mind) that which we so desperately wish to be, who has what we wish we have, we get angry, frustrated, it pushes our buttons.

May we all come to see these buttons for what they are, projections of our own deluded mind, and pay no attention to them. In doing this, we are free.

Let it all be, just be. Who you are is already perfect.
