Better day 08.

“Less. To do.”

 

Are you spending your days, rushing around, feeling like you have too much to do? Are you feeling overwhelmed?

If your life feels too full, take control. Edit it. Trim the fat. Sweep away the unnecessary. Sure, you might be busy, your Mum might be in hospital, your cat might be sick, your kids might be starting back at school. Some things we can't edit from our lives.

As for the rest, cut away ruthlessly. With less to do, you'll have more time to meditate, do yoga, to simply breathe and be.
