Help promote my new book.

There are four main opportunities for a community to help support an author's new book launch:

  1. Purchase it (UK / US). This is good for the author. It helps to generate future sales, moving it up sales charts. The author will become more noticeable. Amazon is a crowded marketplace. Use affiliate links, and this can be a winning situation for you, the author, and it's readership.
  2. Share it on social media. Share the book on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Stumbleupon, Reddit, or by email. This will bring more potential buyers. Even if your community is small, they will trust your judgement.
  3. Write a review on Amazon (UK / US). If you have read the book or are know the author well, spend a few minutes on a book or author review. It will make a difference.
  4. Publish a book review  and / or author interview on your blog. Many authors will gladly send you free copies of their book in exchange for a review. Interviews are easy to book just after they publish a book. Just ask.
