Now is a good time to appreciate the benefits of slowing down.

Whatever you are doing right now, stop, take a deep, calming breath, slow down, and enjoy this moment. Then enjoy what comes next. Keep on breathing, and slowing.

The world won't stop turning, but it may begin to spin a little slower, and that's good.
