Today, exploring 'the sacred river bank' of the Sil. Galicia. Known as this, due to the large number of monasteries, chapels, churches, and hermitages to be found here. Incredible energy here, deep peace.

Today, I took a 5 hour tour by car and on foot, high in the mountains of Galicia, up to the snow line. Now, by the log burner, sipping a bowl of Lapsang Suchong, beginning work on a meditation to share tomorrow, before heading out for an evening walk past the 10th century monastery and chapel in the village, and an evening meditation.

Finding a deep, spacious peace within, as evening falls on this beautiful day.
