Voices in stillness.
There are voices in the stillness.
Hear them when you hear the wind. Listen to the grass as the wind passes through. Hear the silence of stones. Hear the silence of the moon.
All this is stillness.
All happening within you, as awareness itself.
This is pure hearing, free of any label, or story. What is the language of grass, and what could comprehend it?
Listening, we may find there is a listener, and a listening. But in truth, there is only listening. This, pure hearing, simple, clear and empty of idea and meaning.
This hearing is at rest, not passive, not active, simply at rest, neutral.
There is no one listening, there never was.
This is the ultimate simplicity.
