The tea bowl, past and present.

As you have probably realised by now, I'm wintering in west Cornwall, taking some healing time to rest and recharge. But the art of chanoyu (Japanese Tea Ceremony) continues to find me, even here. 

I am enjoying the inspirations that are appearing around me. None more lovely than this one. An exhibition titled The Tea Bowl: Past & Present, at the Leach Pottery, a short walk from me here in St. Ives.
