The Avataṃsaka Sūtra.

Boundless and subtle.
Release it and even the universe cannot contain it.
Roll it away, and its subtle existence remains, unrevealed.

A poetic exposition on the poetry of The Flower Adornment Sutra.

The Avataṃsaka Sūtra is also known as The Flower Ornament Scripture.

Sometimes here, I share the practices and explorations that make up my day. Today, it's lectio divina, the practice of sacred reading, contemplating the words of the Buddha, in The Avataṃsaka Sūtra.
