Today, in Ashtanga yoga, the teacher shared a tale with us.
"Ashtanga yoga practice is like rubbing a stone. If you rub it in a different place every time, you will notice little or no change. If you consistenly rub it again and again in the same place, eventually, over time, you will create a small dip in the stone. This dip will become a groove. That is what we're trying to do when we practice Ashtanga yoga."

We could apply this to any practice… meditation, writing, art…
We are all pebbles.
