Living zen retreat / Day 04.

“Don’t let yourself get pressured into hurrying. Whenever you find yourself beginning to speed up during the day, repeat your mantram to help you slow down.” – Eknath Easwaran

"A mind that is fast is sick.
A mind that is slow is sound.
A mind that is still is divine."

– Meher Baba

Slow down, allow settle into stillness, and become the divine.

Who wouldn’t want that?

Today, stop, find the breathing space in your life. In the moment. If you can’t spot it, create it. Steal a little time back from your ‘busy’ schedule, you’re not as busy as you think you are.

If you find it hard, try this pause button meditation I created, to help you to stop, wherever you are, even in the midst of the busiest moment.

Today, slow down, settle down, allow stillness to come. In every moment, this is possible.

“Stillness and tranquility set things in order in the universe.”

– Lao Tzu

When you find that still, quiet place. Do one thing only…

Be.

It’s enough.
