I receive a lot of questions about choices and decisions.
Which one is the right one?
Which way is the right way?
How to know?
How to choose?
What if I make the wrong decision?
Forget about it.
Just forget about it.
You never made a choice in your life.
Nor a decision.
You couldn't if you tried.
Life creates the choices.
Life makes the decisions.
You, me, and our lives, are the vehicle of life.
That's it.
So if you are faced with an apparent choice or decision today — sure, you may have to say “this one” or “that way” but you don't need to worry about the outcome, or look back and say “I made a bad decision there.”
Because there is only what is, what happens, now. That's all. That's it. End of.
Whatever life gives us, it could be fistfuls of money today, and it could look so useful, so helpful.
But tomorrow, if you're somewhere that money won't help you, like caught on a mountain in a snowstorm, with no mobile, no way to signal, then how much use is it? Yesterday, it would have bought you that jeep you needed. Tomorrow, you may not need a jeep at all. Today, right now, you just need rescuing. And even that may not happen.
So forget about it.
It's all in the play.
Enjoy the ride.
…and the decisions.
Make them, forget about them.
Let go, move on.
Breathe, you are here.
