Shine.

Four essential elements from Ana T. Forest will help you surf change instead of sink beneath it :

  1. Breath. Use it to bring awareness to what’s happening to you and to nourish yourself.
  2. Water. Use it to nourish, cleanse, and hydrate the rivers and streams of your body.
  3. Yoga. Use it to create the energy that will bring more strength, flexibility, alignment, openness, and balance to your body – and to release the emotional backlog archived in your body. I call this being a “life athlete”.
  4. Meditation. Use the quality of your attention and silence to look and listen within. This is an opportunity to wake up and listen to the desires of your Spirit. Start with that!

Implementing these four basic elements on a regular basis can hep you elevate and sustain your mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical health. When you begin to reframe the opportunities within change, you give yourself another perspective and a broader understanding of the choices available to you. Are you doing what’s most beneficial in terms of honouring yourself and your truth? If you don’t like your choices, break out and go after what you most deeply desire. When confronted with a difficult choice, ask yourself, “Does this brighten or dim my Spirit?” Make a warrior’s choice. Get brilliant.
