Pure water for drinking

Pure water for drinking.

A glass of cool water in my hand, its mountain source in my eye.

Listen to the silent soul of the water, the stillness from which it comes, this water, so crystal deep, one could dive in and never return.

There is more to hear about this mountain home that has come about. 

The water.

The house is served by the usual “town water” as its known here in Portugal.

But besides that, on the hillside above us, is a mountain well, offering up pure water from the depths of the mountains for drinking.
