Home should be a place where you can relax and unwind. A place of sanctuary.
If you're at home now, look around you. If not, visualise your home environment. Picture the place you sleep, rest, eat, wash, meditate, do yoga.
How does it feel? Is it a relaxing sanctuary, your own escape hatch from the outside world? Or does it look like your office, the supermarket, a cafe? Consider what you can do to simplify your home environment.
What do you actually need in each room, in order for it to serve it's purpose? What is superfluous?
A simpler home can help us to bring about a clearer mind and a more relaxed state of being.
